written agreement setting forth all the terms and conditions of

you will not be represented if you are shown property listed with
the Realtor's firm. You may be unrepresented in this case should
you wish to do so, however, you then are not entitled to the Realtor's

area. This service is free of charge. CMA A Competitive Market Analysis is the study of the
market specifically tailored to your property. It includes active
completive listings, sold properties and expired unsold listings.

process for no fee when this agency is representing the buyer or
seller. The CMA is not to be construed as an appraisal.
